We purchase Utz Certified Organic Arabica coffee beans of premium quality.  We offer some roasts as single origin coffee, but we are extremely proud to offer our blends.  There is a current trend among some roasters to only offer single origin and to that we say…can you make a really good spaghetti sauce from just tomatoes? Our philosophy of blending is to establish the best flavours of each coffee, and layer those flavours for a complex, more complete taste experience.  The full body of a Colombian bean, preserved in a medium roast lends its weight to the high sharp floral notes of a darkly roasted Ethiopian.
