The Beanery Coffee Company has been providing our customers and friends with specialty organic coffee since 1996.
We would like to partner with your group to offer a profitable fund-raising program and allow supporters to experience “OKANAGAN Artisan ROASTED” specialty coffee.
Coffee being such a popular beverage of choice, what better way to raise funds then with a consumable product already enjoyed by so many.
How Beanery Fundraiser Works
Your School/Organization chooses a suitable “Program Option” to sell The Beanery Coffee and your group gets the profit.
Coffee is roasted fresh and shipped to the school for distribution, making an everyday coffee an opportunity to raise funds for school/organization.
PROGRAM OPTIONS
PRE-SALE
Determine your sales period (1-2 weeks is best) and hand out (order form)to all sellers involved with the fundraiser. Sellers take orders from family and friends etc. during the designated sales period, returning completed sales form to fundraising coordinator. The coordinator then will calculate totals and place a GROUP order online. Please allow 1-2 weeks from date of submission.
PRE-ORDER
Placing a pre-order allows the organization to have the coffee on hand. This works great if you are setting up to do sales for a particular event. (School concerts, etc…)
