“What does Artisan Roasting really mean?” For a micro-roaster, being small is BIG! It means we are able to purchase the best coffee available from the Finca (coffee farm) each crop year. It means roasting to order, so that your coffee is as fresh as possible. It means being able to roast and custom blend for you, to meet your tastes. It means as a small, family owned business, our dedication on every level can be to our customers, not shareholders.

To us at The Beanery Coffee Co., it simply means attention to every detail. To use our favourite baking analogy: all bread starts with flour, but what you get at the end depends on using the best quality ingredients and treating them right!
